Mason’s POV

I stand up on the small stage at the front of the training field and watch the group of trainees. They have come along nicely and in such a short time. I wish everyone would learn as fast as this group. Well, this group has some powerful motivation. Almost from the beginning, they have been aware of the upcoming war, and they have all vowed to do everything they can to keep the war from going too far.

I glance next to me and smile as I stare at Donna.
