William’s POV
“Bla, bla, bla, bla.” That’s all I’ve heard since I picked up the phone to call my mom.
We got to Scarlett’s house at six in the morning; we lost track of time walking around the city. I’m not complaining about it; I enjoyed getting distracted and helping to take her mind off things. She’s the only girl I feel I can truly be myself around. She’s fun, honest, and scrunches her nose when she doesn’t like something. I’ve noticed that about her since the day I met her.
