Chapter 131. A Day with the Children
Just as he promised, Moses took the children to the village. Then he opened a gate to the domain where the people who raised Octavian lived. He was warmly welcomed by the ruler, who listened in amazement to Octavian's story. He thanked Moses for warning him and ordered the guards to watch them night and day, for he did not want them to stop their work, since they did not deserve rest.
Pharaoh took his leave realizing the impatience of his sons to go to another world. Moses took them to a world where there were no human inhabitants. There were only a few animals, most of them butterflies. They ran through the flowery fields, chased the butterflies, swam in a river that was there and when it was time to leave they were exhausted, but very satisfied, because that world gave them a sense of freedom that they had never felt before.
When Moses called an end to the day's ride, knowing it was almost time for the evening meal, they quietly accepted, but had no desire
