Chapter 269. Mary's Pregnancy
In the morning, Mary felt a strange, uncomfortable nausea. She went to the toilet and put her finger down her throat to get rid of whatever was making her sick, but nothing came out. She changed quietly and went up to the tower.
She passed by her parents' quarters to do so, she was very anxious for fear of waking them, but this didn't happen and she reached Alfred's quarters without any major problems. He was already awake and pacing the length of the room. Mary was pleased to see how he had progressed since the day he had arrived. He was completely healthy.
