Chapter 51. The Reaper
Alfred dressed early and went downstairs to join Farida for breakfast. When he arrived in the dining room, she was at the table alone and pensive, but when she saw him, her face lit up and she opened a smile of satisfaction. He did not understand why she had become so attached to him, but he felt he was close to finding out.
"May I join you, Your Majesty?"

He sat down.
"Where is Pharaoh?"
"Already tucked away in his concubines castle..." She said thoughtfully and Alfred found it strange that there was no jealousy in her voice, only contempt.
"Well, Your Majesty, don't mind that. They are important people in his life, just like you. There is nothing they can do against you."
"How did you spend the night? Did you sleep well?" She asked to change the subject and also very interested in his answer.
"Yes, Your Majesty. I slept the sleep of the just.
