Book 1: Keeping Her Promise

Andrea sat watching her twin pace the floor. It was almost noon, yet he hadn’t gone to work. This was what she had been dreading. Seeing Knox’s condition, she couldn’t leave him and go. She returned home from the airport to support her brother. Zion was mad at her, but she couldn’t help it.

She had no idea what exactly was bothering Knox. Was it their grandpa’s marriage? Was it Danielle’s upcoming wedding with her boyfriend, or was it the situation he was in with Kendall?

“What’s bothering you so much? We can’t do a thing about grandpa. Let him learn his lesson.”

“This isn’t about grandpa.” An incoming call from Kendall alerted him. What could she want now? Had she found out about his baby? He just hoped not. Later, when the time was right, he would tell her about it himself.

“Then what is it about? Kendall or Danielle?” Knox looked annoyed by her questioning.

“I have to take this call, Andy.” He walked away and Andrea glared at her twin.
