Caroline's POV.

I could feel how stiff the atmosphere became as we waited dreadfully. "the HellGuard got twenty." He declared, and a loud scream erupted in the once quiet environment as the pack cheered and whistled happily. I finally released the air and turned to look at Philip, who had a scowl on his face.

I smiled ruefully before turning my gaze. This was the best competition so far, and I watched them cheer excitedly while whistling.

We finally got back to the pack and the rest that had stayed back welcomed us happily. I guess they had heard the news already. I was still trying to make my way through the crowd while trying to keep my balance when I felt someone's weight on me.
