Sophia's POV

I'm in my sleep, perceiving a wolf scent and it was horrible. I had to get up from my sleep and walked into my living room. My heart skipped immediately I saw Derick sitting and placing his leg on my table.

"I can't believe this! What are you doing here?" I yelled at Derick, frustrated.

He quickly stood up and said, "Oh, you're awake. I just wanted to check on you."

I looked around and remembered that my door was locked. I asked Derick how he got in here, and he pointed to my window, which left me confused.

I told him to listen to me because I don't know why he's doing this, but if he thinks he can flirt with me and make me fall in love with him, then he must be joking. I can never date someone like him.

Derick smiled and told me to wake up from my dream because he has no feelings for me. "No Alpha will date someone who has been rejected before," he said. He also mentioned that he was here because he wanted to know if I was alright co
