Isabella just laughed it off, relieved when she heard the word "neighbor." At least it wouldn't cause any trouble.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Isabella White, and this is my father." Isabella said politely, introducing herself.
"Hello, Mr. White and Miss White. If we are acquainted now, I hope we can help each other in the future. I must excuse myself as I have other matters to attend to." Atticus felt these people were not his concern, so he quickly made an excuse to leave.
Atticus wanted to see who dared to destroy the barrier he had painstakingly built and take his people away.
