"But, sir, don't you care about their tangled relationships?" James was puzzled. Normally, anyone hearing such gossip would be curious.
A true War God, Matthew's thoughts were beyond James' comprehension.
"As a boss, shouldn't it be easy to deal with? I want to become a boss in the underworld. Isn't it easier to see things from the dark?" He leaned back and laughed enigmatically.
"A boss?" James was a bit surprised.
"Right, this identity may suppress everything, but it's still in the light. Being a boss in the dark, adapting as needed, isn't that better?" Matthew explained with a smile. He paused for a moment before continuing.
"After all, there are many things we need to do in that underworld. Gabriel cannot always stand in the light and be harmed."
