Chapter 71
The stormy weather that reigned that night was quickly over, and the sun rose in the morning.
“Won’t you let me go?” Madison giggled in Nathan’s arms. Her smile was as blissful as the early morning sun ray.
“Tell me why I should let you slip away from my arms,” Nathan kissed Madison passionately on her neck.
“You should because I have to leave for work,” Madison said in a very low and playful voice. “You don’t want me to be late, do you?” she questioned him with a wild smile on her lips and a red cheek.
“I can decide to have you for the rest of the day,” Nathan said to her as he squeezed her closer from behind.
The kids had already left for school, so there were just the two of them left in the house. Nathan used this as an advantage to get close to Madison. For the past few days, she had been either busy with work or worried about Sia.
“I haven’t had my breakfast yet,” she told Nathan. “We can still spend some time together at the dining table.”<
