Chapter 70
Sia struggled tirelessly with her supposed assailant. He tried to subdue her, but she was relentless.
“Let me go!” Sia screamed at the top of her voice, but he wouldn’t let go.
“Keep calm!” the masked man told her, but she refused; she couldn’t. Sia fought him off with vigor.
“Let me go!” She tried to reach for her door, but she was too slow.
“Get back here!” He reached out to her before she could make it to the door.
“Let me go,” Sia cried. She tried to push him away, but he effortlessly maintained his grip on her.
“Calm down, Sia!” He beckoned to her.
“How did he know her name?” She didn’t pay attention to that. She didn’t even hear him say her name.
“I am not here to hurt you!”
Her instinct refused to surrender to his claims. She still fought to break free.
“It’s me, Sia,” the man said. Sia was already stressed out before he came. She didn’t have what it took to process every statement he made. She couldn’t even process
