Chapter 238

Lucy felt her heart hardened. Lucas was right, kyran could have died. 

She found the strength to gather her bags as she shoved Cage at the back of her mind.

Cage woke up as he opened his eyes slowly, he was bleeding slowly from his injured arm. He saw a doctor smiling at him. He tried to move confused if this was a dream or reality. He felt his legs tied as he struggled.

“Oh calm down, I was just attending to your injuries, they could be infected” The Doctor said softly.

Cage looked around to see stern looking men dressed in black and well armed. They where apparently ready to shoot, only one misbehavior or funny movement and they'd pull the trigger.

Cage summoned the courage to ask the doctor ignoring the men.

“Where am I?” Cage asked.

“You are in captivity but in good hands though. I mean they haven't butchered you yet or anything” The doctor said laughing.
