Alyson’s POV

“Do you want to eat?” Alessa asked me when the food she delivered arrived. There is food for the patient himself, but Elijah doesn’t want it. According to him, it tastes like medicine and he really doesn’t like it.

“I’m still full. You and Elijah go first.” I smiled.

To be honest, I’ve been really thinking about Beatrice. I’m bored. What time is it? But there is not even a hint of a text from her. I want to ask Alessa if she texted them, but I’m shy.

I frowned when I noticed that Elijah was looking at me. “Why can you look like that?”

“Why do I feel like you and Bea really fought?”

“Wow! Fight now? I just arrived here in Thailand, cous!” I said while laughing. Later, I just shook my head.

“Well, why was Bea like that before she left? Then why hasn’t she been here until now?”

“I do not know.”

“Elijah, maybe Bea just wasn’t in the mood earlier. Don’t force Alyson if she really isn’t, right?”
