Chapter 116. Breakfast for Mr. Harry

The smell of fresh coffee wafted through the quiet pantry air. Alice stood in front of the coffee machine, her hand movements agile and efficient as she prepared breakfast for Harry. The small but modern kitchen was located in a corner of the executive floor, away from the hustle and bustle of the main work area.

Carefully, Alice poured the strong black coffee into Harry’s favorite white porcelain cup. Warm steam rose up, carrying the rich aroma of Colombian coffee. Beside her, two slices of rye bread had been toasted to a perfect brown, ready to be spread with Harry’s favorite blueberry jam.

Alice smiled a little, her hand moving to prepare a cup of latte for herself. She inhaled the aroma of the coffee deeply, savoring the moment of calm before the busy day began.

After making sure everything was perfect, Alice placed Harry’s breakfast on a small silver tray. She straightened her blazer, took a deep breath, and prepared to take the tray to Harry’s room.
