Chapter 64. Alice’s House
Harry let out a long breath. “He doesn’t usually behave like that; I know what he did was excessive and very unethical. Maybe he’s having a problem, so he can’t control his words.”
Alice shook her head. “But still, he shouldn’t talk like that, saying such things directly in front of me; after all, it’s his fault, and yours too, Mr. Harry.”
Harry frowned; he didn’t understand why Alice was blaming him too. When they arrived at the parking lot, Harry asked, “Alice, why are you blaming me?” asked Harry.
Alice turned her head and said, “Because you told he that we were getting married.”
Harry suddenly wanted to laugh, but he tried to hold it in. “But we really are getting married.”
Alice gave Harry a probing look and said, “Don’t try to lie to me.”
Harry shook his head. “I won’t.”
Alice smiled, then took Harry to get the ointment prescribed by the doctor. After getting the ointment, they decided to go home.
