During these days, she couldn’t explain why she missed him. This state of mind kept her constantly anxious. She took large sips of the cold beverage in her hand, hoping to alleviate her worries.
Outside the window, a beautiful figure appeared. Kaytly glanced at her, then checked the time before reluctantly shaking her head. She took another sip of her Coca-Cola and looked back at Xavia as she entered.
After not seeing her for a few days, Xavia’s complexion seemed a bit pale. Her once rosy face now appeared a bit lifeless, and her bright eyes had turned dull and weary.
“Kaytly, why did you turn off your phone? I’ve been looking for you for days!” Xavia complained as soon as she sat down.
