Ares POV

We follow Akia downstairs after she frantically grabbed her things. She got the call unexpectedly, but has to hurry back to school. This couldn’t have been more perfect if I had planned it myself. All I have to do is hang back, and I can end her uncle without anyone knowing it was me.

“I really need ot speak to you, babygirl,” Adolf growls in my head, and I’m close to letting it loose. I don’t like his little pet name for her. That’s something her mates should be calling her, no one else.
