Chapter 98. Like This Is Our First Life

“Mom, we’re at Lilac Park,” Lee lied on the phone. “We might have dinner somewhere here, so don’t wait for Ash and me…”
Currently, we were sitting on a bench outside a convenience store, and I had just calmed down. But even though I was calmer, I continued to cry with occasional sobs. Lee had already bought a box of tissues from the convenience store because I had been crying so much, and the cold wind had given me a runny nose.
So in addition to my sobbing, the loud sound of me blowing my nose into a tissue could be heard between Lee and me. I tried to quiet my crying and nose blowing because Lee was on the phone with Auntie, and I was sure she would worry if she heard either of us crying or sniffling.
