Chapter 35

Alanna and Matheus returned home; she was extremely tired. Sofia was sleeping in her car seat. Alanna entered her room, filled the bathtub, and hummed a tune while sprinkling pink bath salts. The omega dipped her feet into the bath, and Matheus stood by the door, admiring the scene. Alanna glanced at him from the corner of her eye and chuckled.

“Do you want to give me a bath?”

Quick as lightning, Matheus undressed and got into the bathtub, splashing water on Alanna’s legs as she still sat on the edge.

“Matheus…”

“Hey!”

“What you said when we were at the cabin, is it true?”

“What?”

“That if I had more children, you’d stay at home with them?”

“Yeah, why not?”

“Well, would you really be happy taking care of the house and the kids?”

“I love taking care of our daughter and looking after you. It would be wonderful!”

“You know it’s tiring, right?”

“We can hire a nanny, a nurse… Vanessa and Anthony have three!”
