Yana’s POV

I did not mind that he had not asked for my permission first; he seemed like a genuinely good guy.

Just as I was happily eating, he suddenly leaned in, our faces only inches apart. I could feel my cheeks turning red with embarrassment.

"You have got a food stain here," he said, using a tissue to wipe the corner of my mouth.

"Oh, thank you," I shyly replied as he returned to his seat.

"You are so cute when you blush," he commented, his gaze fixated on me. I blushed even more and chuckled in response.

After a few more laughs, the atmosphere started to feel awkward, so I decided to break the silence.

"Oh, umm... Ethan? I bet you are the same age as me. Which school do you attend?" I asked.

"Eagle Valley University. And you?" he replied, mentioning our schools, which happened to be rival universities. I clicked my tongue in disappointment, as it seemed like fate was playing a cruel trick on us.

"I bet you
