Rhea’s POV

“If we are going to be staying together then we have to set some ground rules,” Cassian had one of his leg crossed over the other, his lips were set in a tight grim line. His brows arched into a frown

as his eyes were staring at me.

“I don’t even want to be here. Let me go please,” I begged for the hundredth time. I have no idea why he is keeping me hostage, it still doesn’t make sense to me why he would try to kill his own brother. Cassian is a fucking psycho and now I’m stuck with him?!

“Just let me go. I promise, I wouldn’t tell anyone what happened. I just want to go back to my normal life,” I said, without meaning to, tears began to fall from my eyes. I just want to go back to the moment before they found out that I am their mate, to those moments when my life still made sense, when I wasn’t stuck with a psycho who can maybe snap in a second and kill me like he did his brother.
