Selena furrowed her brow, unable to get a word out between confusion and fear. The man's piercing gaze and bass voice sent a strange sensation through her chest. She didn't recognize Cedric; the name seemed weird but very familiar. Selena seemed to have heard Cedric's name before but nowhere else.
