I stared at the Omega; nothing about this man seemed suspicious. The fear was clear in his eyes; I didn't even think this man had the guts to pull a trick of that magnitude, and I couldn't help but feel sympathetic towards him.

"The Alpha's drink had been poisoned yesterday while dining; we have every reason to believe that the glass of wine you brought to the Alpha was poisoned. What do you have to say about that?" I asked him, and he shook under my intense gaze.
"Believe me, Luna, I know nothing about such attempts. I had been sent by the head chef to deliver the glass of wine to the Alpha. If it was poisoned, I did not know. It had been the very same bottle other members were served with," he said. I stared into his eyes, and for some reason, I knew he was telling the truth.
"Did you, by any mistake, take any stops?"
"No Luna"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes
