Her emotions were mixed as she drove into her old neighborhood. 

She knew her current emotions were inappropriate, yet she couldn’t stop herself. 

She wasn’t sure when it started, but this insane drive to control the person she knew she couldn’t be completely overwhelming her. Lucilla also saw that allowing her emotions to run wild would only distance her from the person she actually desired to be closer to. 

She had no idea why all of this was happening, but she remembered how frightened she had been searching for Avita back in Danzikani, worried that something had happened to her. 

Lucilla was furious when she discovered she was simply having fun with some new pals she had met. Why didn’t she tell her or introduce her to the new friends? 

She despised the fact that someone who couldn’t even touch the hem of her dress or be compared to her could elicit such feelings in her. Why would Avita do something she was unaware of?
