Chapter 68. Love at First Sight

William's POV

We walked to the car and I opened the door for Amelia to get in. She got in and I went over to the other side of the back seat.

Now, Amelia is sitting in my normal space in the back seat and I am sitting close to her but in her normal seat. Scott is in the front, in the driver's seat. He started the ignition of the car when he heard the door to my side close and he drove out of the parking lot immediately.

"How do you know I would be wearing a wine-colored gown?", Amelia asked and I was confused.

"What?", I asked back.

"You are wearing a matching color bowtie", she stated and I looked down at my tie when she pointed at it.

"Oh, Mia texted me about it", I said with a chuckle and Amelia smiled.

"Do you like Mia?", I asked.

All I want to know is who Amelia is comfortable being around.

"Yeah, she is cool, why?", Amelia asked back with a frown.
