Chapter 33

"Caspian."

"I know that, I mean who is he to you?"

Malia glanced at her husband. "That's none of your business. You have a private life I don't ask you about, right?"

Grant gritted his teeth at her response.

"Oh! I forgot!" Caspian exclaimed. He walked up to Malia, casting Grant the stink eye. He brought out a bottle of water from his bag and gave it to her.

"Thank you." She replied and drank some of the water. "Let's go home."

The three of them left the hotel room. Malia noticed the look she was getting but she completely ignored all of them. Walking was a bit difficult as she was still intoxicated. But she willed her body to behave itself. They walked out into the garage where Caspian had parked her car.

Malia spotted two men leaning on Grant's car. She quickly guessed that those were his men. He gave them orders to go back, that all was settled. Malia didn't miss the look they gave her. Neither did she hold back her glare at them.
