Chapter 140

When Gwen and Paula returned to the hotel almost two hours later, they found Kate gone from her room. Diane and Stephanie were not in theirs. Checking her room, Gwen found Jordan was among the missing as well.

Steve had given Gwen a key to his room, so she suggested to Paula that they check his room, even though it was almost one AM. Gwen quietly slipped the card key in the slot and pushed the door open. She stopped so short that Paula bumped into her.

Steve was stretched out in the middle of his king size bed, fast asleep. Jordan was tucked under one arm, with Stephanie under the other.
