This is one of the more unique Cannes restaurants on the beach for several reasons, and another is that the menu is changed three times a year in line with the seasons. This allows for a great variety in the dishes served and ensures that you can eat at this Cannes beach restaurant without ever getting bored. Darcy observed that the menu also focused on season products, and as the name suggests, cooking the dishes using a wood fire. 

So they ordered Crudo de Poisson Blanc, Grosses Gambas au feu de bois, Daube de Veau and Dessert du jour for dessert.

Over their lunch, Juan told them about her life in Cannes and it was almost four in the evening before they rose from the table overlooking the picturesque view.
