After that day Darcy tried to avoid meeting Melvin as she knew he would not stop till she changed her mind about Gale. She had not encountered Gale as well because of his busy schedule and as Shelly was taking care of his phone calls she tried not to go to the company but she had heard all about the improvements he was making there from her brother.

The healthy, outdoor work was doing well for Louis and she knew that he was deeply interested in the new programme which Gale had started to perfect the production process. The company had been always striving to grow more and more, and under Gale's direction, it would probably achieve new heights very soon. 

It had brought a great change in Michigan as well because the people who were about to leave the city because of the loss of jobs were being hired by Gale’s great team of HR according to their qualifications. Darcy could see the smile on people as she walked downtown whenever she had time. Gale Harris had undoubted
