Surprise Chocolate

Riya’s POV

My eyes opened unexpectedly at 6:00 a.m. due to stomach pain. I straightened up and walked to the bathroom.

Oh no, I never remember to keep track of my periods. As usual, my cramps were bothering me.

“Are you all right, Riya?” Harsh inquired, concerned, after seeing me sitting in the restroom for a long time.

In a terrified tone, I responded, “No.”

In a concerned tone, he inquired, “What happened?”

“Period.”

“Oh, you’ve got to come to the room. I’ll get you some hot water.” He stated as he was going to open the restroom door.

“I cannot do so.” I groaned in severe pain.

“Come on. I’ll help you.” He helped me lie down on the bed with his support and then got a hot water bottle from the kitchen and began massaging my stomach.

“Are you still in pain?” With a caress of my head, he inquired.

“Yes, but not as much as previously.” Looking at him, I answered.
