Chapter 36. Reconstruction (4)

"I'll take a shower," JaeMin said softly, walking slowly, leaning and supporting himself against the wall.

I looked at him worriedly but nodded. My chest begged me to help him, but I was afraid, and I knew I would be pushed back if I did.

However, I was wrong.

"Can you help me?" JaeMin looked at me incredulously, but I immediately got up from the bed. "Can you prepare the bathtub?"

I nodded and took his hand, leading him to the bathroom. JaeMin sat on the toilet lid and watched me prepare the bath.

"Can you help me in the shower?"

"Are you sure about this?" I stared at him as the water filled the tub. JaeMin nodded. "Of course, I can."

"Then undress, I want you to get in with me."

Without asking any further questions, I did as he asked. I took off all my clothes, leaving only my underwear, and when the bathtub was full, I helped him up and took off his clothes.<
