MARGA’S POINT OF VIEW
My head hurts so much every time I see Marco. I wanted to resign so badly but how could I tell the reason to Maya? I could not tell her the real reason; should I make an alibi? I sighed in frustration. I need Suzy’s help, as I was about to call her, but Beth put a ton of paperwork on my table again; it’s as if my work doesn’t stop.
Instead of calling Suzy, I settled down in my seat and did what I had to do. In just one hour, my shift will end but there’s no way I can finish all this paperwork in one hour.
Is Beth making me work more than I should because of what I had said to her? That woman! What I said was true, too bad it hit her too much. I rolled my eyes in annoyance. First, Marco, and now there’s this Beth, who gave me so many tasks.
I was working until all my colleagues left, I’m making my work faster and as organized as I could so I could leave. I was fuming in frustration until I received a message from my aunt.
