MARGA’S POINT OF VIEW

“What if what?” I asked.

“What if you’re pregnant?” she asked me.

“SHUT UP SUZY! I’M NOT,” I said, but it made me nervous. I can’t be; I can’t be pregnant. “I’m just tired from work, and that’s what makes me feel ill. I’m not pregnant; I can’t be,” I said, panicking.

“But did you take a pregnancy test already?” she asked me, and I said no, almost crying. “Calm down! “she said.

“Relax, okay? We need to see a doctor,” she said.

“What if it turns out I’m positive, what will happen now?” I said crying, I couldn’t hide the tears anymore.

“Shhh. We’re not sure yet, but if it turns out you are pregnant, I’m here. Let’s confirm it first, okay?”

I calmed down. What if I’m pregnant? Is all of this not feeling well part of my pregnancy? Should I tell Marco? He’s the father; after all, I didn’t do it with anyone else. But if confirmed I’m pregnant, why the heck didn’t Marco use protection? DAMN THAT GUY! I need to see a docto
