MARGA’S POINT OF VIEW

I’ve been craving something sweet tonight, and Lucas was the only person I could ask to buy me anything sweet. But he’s asleep beside me. Should I wake him up just to buy me something sweet? I feel bad, but I am craving it. I wanted to eat so bad. So, I tapped Lucas’s shoulder, hoping he’d wake up, but he was really in deep sleep.

“Lucas,” I whispered, and he suddenly moved. I thought he’d wake up, but he didn’t.

I had no other choice but to shake him so he could wake up. Lucas almost jumped at t what I did, “Why? Are you okay?” He asked, still half asleep.

“I want something sweet. Can you buy me chocolates or anything as long as it’s sweet?” I said. I was worried.

Lucas looked at the clock, “Marga, it’s 2 am. Are you serious?”

“Please..” I said.

“Where will I buy at this hour?” He sighed.

“There’s a walking distance convenience store outside, they’ll have something sweet for sure,” I said.

“Fine,” he sighed
