Chapter 73

MARGA’S POINT OF VIEW

Today is the last day of the practice and I can say my runway walk improved a lot and the trainers even complimented me a couple of times.

“You guys are ready for the runway,” Miss Alice told us, excitedly.

I am beaming with joy because of the excitement, and so are the other girls. I am excited to walk and since our practice were practically done, I can help Marco plan for baby Emi’s birthday party.

I went home after the practice and found baby Emi playing in her playpen.

“hi, baby!” I said, and she crawled towards me.

Marco was doing some leg exercise while on the other side of the room, he was really persistent to walk again on this special occasion. I understand him, of course if I was in his shoes I would want to walk too on our child’s first birthday instead of being stuck in a wheelchair throughout the party.

“Damn it!” Marco suddenly said.

“Take a break, Marco,” I said while baby emi was still in my arms.<
