Chapter 40. Just Nightmare

It was late in the night when the Sheriff was brought into the interrogation room by Special Agent Lyn, “You are in big trouble having my men lying dead in your apartment,” Special Agent Lyn said to the Sheriff. “You think that shit was me?” the Sheriff replied. “I bet it was because you have been talking insane since you were rescued from the woods with that kid,” Special Agent Lyn replied. “You are no cop but a murderer,” Special Agent Lyn added. “As far as I know the law, I am not guilty until I am proven guilty by the court of law,” the Sheriff boldly said.

“Oh yeah! You want to play law with me huh?” Special Agent Lyn asked. “What lies have you feed that kid with?” Special Agent Lyn asked. “There are no lies here,” the Sheriff answered. “That kid should be in the hospital and not hanging out with a crazy Sheriff like you,” Special Agent Lyn said.
