Drake’s POV

She didn't respond to me at all. She walked away from me as if we never knew each other. It was my fault that I abandoned her when she needed me the most. I thought staying far away from her would protect and keep her safe from prying eyes. But I was wrong. I acted stupid and arrogant. I thought money and security would save her from the public.
