Chapter 98
I fell on the floor, my elbow cracked to the sound of my bone shifting. I took a quick glance at it-blood was surging from it and I glared at him but he stood there, staring at me like I have suddenly become nothing but a flimsy rag, dirty and not worthy of sympathy.
"Get out!" I yelled, the pains in my marrow crawling up my bottleneck. I could feel the rage, building up inside of me. The pains of going through the pregnancy stage all alone and raising Egan to six years.
"You have no idea all I've endured, what I've been through, and the sufferings that Egan's death have lead me to suffer, but you stand here telling me to do things right!." I scoffed at him and my eyes widened as I bit my lower lips.
"Get out!" I yelled at him again but as if he was rooted to a spot he stood there. His dark eyes slowly welling up as his demeanor looked as though he was disappointed.
