Chapter 58. Prepare to Fight

It was the next morning when Alpha Kain was finally able to speak to the Alpha King. After explaining the events of the previous night, a meeting was held.

Although absent from the celebration feast, Alpha Nath attended the meeting. Logan had briefed him on what had happened. While Logan had sustained some minor injuries during the fight, Alpha Nath had not left his cabin after the demon witch had nearly killed him. To say he was shocked is a major understatement.

He had revived Virgo with the aim of controlling her, aspiring to make the Silvermoon pack the greatest and amalgamate with the Royal Pack to stabilize their power. However, he didn't expect her to not even give him face. He was starting to worry that he had made a big mistake. Despite the obvious red flags, he had been determined to revive her; in the end, it all felt surreal.
