Sophia’s POV

“Sophia. Do not cause a scene, hmm?” Ricky’s voice was calm, but there was an unmistakable edge to it, a quiet threat lying beneath the surface of his tone and choice of words.

“There would be no scene if you guys just let me be!” I snapped back, frowning. Not backing down one bit. The sharpness of my tone did not sit well with either of them, and they couldn’t help themselves from reaching out through the mind-link.
