"So, we're just lying here like a bunch of sleepy wolves for two more days?" Samuel groaned.

"We need all the rest that we can get to be in top shape for whatever lies ahead," his future alpha pressed.

"Top shape? I'm pretty sure my top shape was two weeks ago before this forest turned us into stressed wolves." Henry sneered, but his comment made everyone chuckle.

The thing was, this waiting phase is not only for us but for everyone in Moonlight Class. We were all on a temporary day off. As if a real-life mission had some of those.

"I'm going to have a meeting, so you guys better behave. If any of you cause a ruckus while I'm gone, you know what you'll get from me," he warned when he announced and stopped us from going.
