Chapter 70

Kosma returned to the estate that evening while Nocturne and I were eating dinner. A butler brought her to the dining room where she decided to join us for dinner.

“This is unexpected.” Nocturne commented.

“Did Albert not tell you that I was getting your outfits for tomorrow?” Kosma asked her. Nocturne looked at me with a scowl.

“Surprise.” I said, sheepishly.

“How did you get something so quickly?” Nocturne asked. “I know full well that you would not be here if you did not have something on hand.”

“You are no fun.” Kosma sighed. She then waved her hand and two mannequins appeared in an open space in the dining room. I gasped at the beautiful designs she had brought to us. It was a matching outfit set. The color scheme was obviously that of the rainbow butterfly, a rare butterfly only found in realms of magic.
