“It’s nice to see your face again, Mia. Although the sight of your tantalizing ass was certainly one to behold.”

Mia shut up immediately and took her turn blushing. At that moment, I was in awe of Alyssa’s power. She was firm and teasing, all rolled up in this mysterious little bundle.

“So now that we are all on the same page, what brings you two here?” Alyssa asked.

“My brother called, Ma’am. If what he told me was even half true, I became concerned about Vie. She was always such a sweetheart and so shy; we just wanted to make sure she’s okay,” Lizzie explained.

My jaw dropped at their concern. I had never really talked to Lizzie, and I never talked to Mia at all, but the look of worry in their eyes touched me deeply. I looked over at Alyssa and she was giving them a soft smile of approval.

“Good,” she said happily. “Vie needs friends right now and it’s a relief to see such wonderful ones.”
