It was a cold day with a strong wind, so Mahlon dispatched his men to check the car and the area where it was discovered.
Hours later, one of his men brought him an envelope, and when he opened it, he was surprised to find a blurry picture of a boy who appeared to be 3 years old, and the picture appeared to show him playing in the street with his back to the camera rather than his face, and it appeared that the boy was receiving a large number of cars as a gift from an unknown man whose identity was hidden and protected in a foreign country.
Mahlon’s ties are restricted to a few countries, not the country of the toy car’s creator. He didn’t pay attention to the youngster because he was only a few feet away, and once he’d finished interrogating the man behind the cars, he’d send his men to investigate the kid.
