Chapter 89
The car stopped in front of a huge house that looked more like a hotel, hidden within trees. It looked old but quite okay, and since it was night, the night lights complimented the greenery.
The gates opened, and the car drove in, stopping in the middle of the compound.
Then he came down, went to the other door, pulled it open, dragged her by the arm, and pushed her into the house.
"Just let me be Damon," she struggled, but either he didn't hear her, which was impossible, or ignored her.
The illumination in the house was bright, and she felt it hurt her eyes immediately after being pushed in.
Still dragging her, he pulled her up the stairs, and as they were almost at the top of the stairs, she looked up only to see Luca gaping at her.
When her eyes met him, she saw him freeze on his spot, watching as Damon dragged her in and disappeared into the corner.
They were all in Rome then, for she recognized the goons from Sicily, and each one stared
