"What?" He asked like he didn't know what he just did.

"We are not in the park anymore, you can't be that close to me out here." I reminded him.

"Oh, I forgot." He hissed. "Don't blame me, it's hard not to get close to you, especially now that I'm trying to make you smile. You won't even let me do that."

"What can I do to make you happy Julie?" He asked me, putting his hands in his pockets and peering his eyes at me.

"Don't go." He knew that was what could make me happy.

"Something else." He requested.

"Nothing then." I wanted to continue walking but he pulled me back with no difficulty.

"Come on, nothing?" He asked, making me look at him.

"Yeah, nothing."

"Ice cream?" There was an ice cream truck parked nearby so he asked.

"No."

"You don't like ice cream?"

"I do, but I don't want that, not now."

"Then what do you want?"

"You, don't go." He sighed when I repeated the very thing I wanted from him.
