“If you hurt even a strand of hair on her head, I’ll kill you!” I warned, the phone to my face, aggravated. Charles had indeed gone too far.
“Oh… too late. Your orders didn’t come sooner. My boys already had their turns with her,” he answered.
“Damn you, you f*cker, I’ll find you,” I said, agitated, blood boiling and anger rising, but still trying to keep my voice down.
“I want you to find me…” Charles responded with a malicious tone.
The same place where the incident took place—he went back to Italy. I’m on my way, Ria.

I stepped off the plane as it touched down in Italy, my heart racing with equal parts determination and worry. As I threaded my way through the airport, I couldn’t stop thinking about Ria—about her safety and about the secrets buried deep within the walls of that building.
