“It seems you and Doctor Collins had a lot to talk about,” I teased, looking at her smile.

“We were just waiting for you both. You guys did take a lot of time taking up the last bag,” she answered, changing the topic back to me.

“He literally pinned me down, I had to struggle to get away,” I said. “I was waiting and praying for you to come save me,” I revealed. It was indeed hard getting out of his grip.

She burst out laughing. “Why are you laughing?” I asked, almost moved to laugh as well.

“We both know he truly loves and wants you, why are you so stuck up?” she asked. I flared my nostrils at her. She wasn’t a stranger to my life, so it only meant she’d be teasing me with such a question.
