Chapter 12
"Come on, Glenn, don't be so sulky."
I just replied to Zack with a groan. Since he came up with this plan, I've felt lazy about it. I only agreed because Zack's lecture on courtesy made my ears burn. That was the reason my mood had been off all day.
"We should be happy to have a neighbor who is also gay. We don't have to pretend in front of him. Or are you afraid I'll be interested in Levi?"
Even though I couldn't rule out that possibility, as a human, I had my worries. "Levi is not my type, Glenn. Besides, where do you think I'll go?" and its variations were the phrases Zack often used to convince me. I trusted him, but it was normal to always have doubt, wasn't it?
Zack then wrapped his arm around my waist and rested his chin on my shoulder while I wiped the dishes. "Tell me how to assure you I won't fall for Levi. I don't want you to keep constantly doubting and being paranoid about Levi."
